Common questions
How far in advance should I book?
A few days ahead is usually fine for availability, though popular dates — especially weekends and public holidays — fill up faster. For the Half-Day experience, a week's notice is appreciated.
Can I book for a group?
Yes. All sessions are kept small by design, but let us know your group size in the message and we'll work out the best way to accommodate everyone comfortably.
Do I need to know much about anime beforehand?
Not at all. Our experiences are designed to work for curious first-timers as well as longtime fans. Just let us know your level of familiarity when you write and we'll tailor the session accordingly.
What languages do your guides speak?
All sessions are conducted in English. Our guides are also fluent in Japanese, which comes in handy when navigating shops, reading signage, and speaking with staff.
